求正沃德律所科威特办公室（QZ & WD Law Firm Office in Kuwait）正式启航

2026年2月9日，求正沃德律师事务所和科威特Legal Challenges Group Attorneys & Consultants（简称“LGC律所”）签署合作协议（互设办公室，建立长期紧密合作关系等）并举行求正沃德科威特办公室揭牌仪式，标志着我所科威特办公室的正式启航。

On February 9, 2026, QZ & WD Law Firm and Legal Challenges Group Attorneys & Consultants from Kuwait (hereinafter as LGC) officially signed a cooperation agreement (setting up joint offices and establish long-term close cooperative relationships, etc.) and held an unveiling ceremony for QZ & WD Law Firm Office in Kuwait, marking the official launch of the office's presence in Kuwait.

求正沃德科威特办公室位于科威特城中心地标性的阿尔哈姆拉大厦内，目前有8名科威特律师成员、4名中国律师成员，办公室提供民商事争议解决、公司法和合规治理、投资并购（科威特境内和跨境）、工程和基础设施、石油天然气、银行业、房地产、网络合规和人工智能等全方面法律服务，着重为中资企业、中国公民提供综合性法律服务。

Located at the iconic and prestigious Al Hamra Tower in the heart of downtown Kuwait City, the capital of Kuwait, the office currently comprises 8 Kuwaiti lawyer members and 4 Chinese lawyers members. The office provides comprehensive legal services,  including but not limited to: Civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate law and compliance governance, investment and M&A (both domestic and cross-border), engineering and infrastructure, oil and gas, banking, real estate, cybersecurity compliance and artificial intelligence, with a dedicated focus on delivering integrated legal services to Chinese enterprises and citizens.

Longjiang Xu, Director of QZ & WD Law Firm, Romanee(Mengni) Luo, Head of the Foreign-related Team and Founder of the Office in Kuwait, Areej Hamadah,Head of LGC and Founder of the Office in China, and all Kuwaiti lawyers jointly attended the signing and unveiling ceremony. In a joyful and warm atmosphere, they celebrated this grand occasion and witnessed this milestone together.

Mr.Longjiang Xu stated that the successful establishment of the Office in Kuwait today is the result of the unremitting efforts of the foreign-related team, representing a solid step in QZ & WD’s strategic global expansion.
